Sitter rates for part-time work can begin at $18 per hour and increase from there.
Since we don't provide payroll services, you'll be solely responsible for managing payment options and legal obligations, including insurance and tax withholding. We recommend consulting a
tax consultant for any tax questions or concerns you may have. Upon submitting a form for either job seeking or hiring, please allow 2-3 days for scheduling a virtual Zoom meeting.
Once a virtual interview is scheduled and we understand everyone's needs, our search begins. We post job listings on multiple nanny databases to find the best pre-screened candidates in your area. During this time, we collect resumes and contact verified references to ensure a perfect match. Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks or less to successfully match you with the perfect nanny or sitter. If circumstances require more time, we'll keep you informed. While we don't rush the process, we guarantee a quality search conducted promptly. Throughout, you'll receive updates on the progress. Once we've completed the initial interview, we arrange a virtual or in-person meeting between the family and the nanny. After a successful meeting, we offer the candidate a paid trial day. Following acceptance, we conduct a background check covering a 7-year county criminal search, dmv search along with Trustline , typically completed within 2-3 days. If desired, alternative options are available at separate billing. After the trial day, if both parties agree, we draft an agreement letter detailing the job title and start date for approval within 2-3 days.
