Upon submitting a form for either job seeking or hiring, please allow 2-3 days for scheduling a virtual Zoom meeting.
Once a virtual interview is scheduled and we understand everyone's needs, our search for the perfect nanny begins. We post job listings on various nanny databases to attract the best pre-screened candidates in your area. During this time, we gather resumes and credentials, and we contact and verify references to ensure an ideal match. Typically, this process takes about 2-3 weeks or less. If additional time is necessary, we’ll keep you updated throughout. After the initial interviews, we arrange a virtual or in-person meeting between your family and the selected nanny. If the meeting goes well, we offer the candidate a paid trial day. Upon acceptance, we conduct a thorough background check, which includes a 7-year county criminal search, DMV search, and Trustline verification, usually completed within 2-3 days. Alternative options are available for those seeking additional services at separate billing. After the trial day, if both parties agree to move forward, we create an employment agreement letter outlining the job title and start date within 2-3 days.
